The Marine Corps League offers two types of membership.
- Regular Membership is available for active duty members as well as honorably discharged Marines and Fleet Marine Force Corpsman.Regular membership is also available for any service member who served with Marines and has received a service ribbon affixed with a Marine Corps Device
- Associate membership is available to members of all other branches of the Armed Forces of the United States.
Proof of satisfactory service is required for membership. You must provide a copy of the DD Form 256MV, DD Form 256N, or DD Form 214/215If active duty a copy of your Military ID card may be used. Copies of the documentation are only required to be shown upon application for membership and are not maintained or recorded by the detachment.
